Intro TEFL Program
        This training can benefit all foreign teachers, especially if they are new to China. This well-designed, intensive 8-day training program provides new teachers a solid basis in how to teach English in China and how to adapt to the cultural differences and become acquainted with the Chinese laws and regulations for foreign teachers.
        Upon successful completion of this training the foreign teacher will received the well-recognized TEFL
in China Certificate, which is a valued qualification. The certificate training complies with internationally recognized standards, with all lead TEFL trainers holding an Ph.D. or M.A. degree in TEFL and having substantial TEFL teaching experience.
        The U.S. TEFL Training Center, Germantown, TN, USA has a background of over eleven years of successful TEFL training experience in China. The TEFL
in China Certificate was established two years ago and has been taught more than five times, with lead TEFL instructors Emily Thrush, Ph.D., Teresa Dalle, Ph.D., Robert Wyss, M.A., and Trevor Herndon, M.A. The course syllabus and materials benefit from that rich experience as well as from those professional expertise of the TEFL trainers.

Assessment
        Group projects in which participants develop lesson plans based on the approaches and methods discussed in class and then present the lesson to the class; microteaching of a mini-lesson by each participant; final examination.

Certificate
        The foreign teacher upon successful completion of the 8-day training earns the TEFL
in China Certificate. The certificate awarded by The U.S. TEFL Training Center, INC jointly with the China Association for International Exchange of Personnel (CAIEP), which is an affiliate of the national China Bureau of Foreign Experts Affair.

Job placement service
        Together with the course you will receive individualized job placement assistance from ChinaJob.com / China Association for International Exchange of Personnel (CAIEP), which is an affiliate of the national Bureau of Foreign Experts Affairs, and China Connection Education Service (is an offshore intermediary organization (Cert.
