Qingdao Top Institute of Information Technology
Qingdao Top Institute of Information Technology or TOP for short, founded in 1997, is located on the beautiful western coast of Qingdao. It is a higher vocational education institution accredited by the Shandong provincial government. One part of TOP is the National Service Outsourcing Training Center in Qingdao, authorized and financed by the China Ministry of Commerce, was cooperatively built by TOP and the governments of Qingdao and Qingdao Economic and Technical Development Zone. Another part is the Shandong Service Outsourcing Training Base, which was built by TOP, Shandong Ministry of Commerce, Shandong department of education and the government of Qingdao. TOP has the Microsoft IT academy, which was developed by TOP, Microsoft, the Qingdao Foreign Development Bureau, and Qingdao Economic and Technical Development Zone. Also Top has the ITO/BPO Bases for the West Cost University Students, which was built by TOP, Bureau of Personnel of Qingdao and Qingdao Economic and Technical Development Zone. Besides, Top has cooperated with Communist Youth League of Qingdao to establish the "Free Youth Training Programme" and "Apprentice Programme for University Graduates".
