An Introduction to The Chinese People’s Armed Police University
The Chinese People’s Armed Police University was founded and ratified by the State council in 1981, which practices a kind of regular militarized management. The University is under the direct lead of the Ministry of the Public Security. It is the only institution and training base, which fosters commanding, management and specialized technical police officers for the border control, fire protection and security guards. It is also the center for training Chinese Peace-keeping CIVPOL and for cooperation with international police.
The university covers an area of 1,400Mu and the construction area is about 300,000㎡. Up to now, there are 600 or so full-time teachers and researchers in the academy, including 226 professors and associate professors. At present, the total enrollment of full-time students is about 7,000.

Paid Holiday
Two days off per week Saturday and Sunday Labor Day* in May (7 days), Summer holiday in July-August (30-35 days) ,Winter Holiday in February(30-35 days) National Day in October(7 days), Christmas in December (1 day). New Year in January (2 days).
*The common practice in China for golden week holidays is such that the employee will have 7 consecutive days off. (3 days paid holiday, 2 weekend days, 2 extra days to be compensated for by employee working on weekends either before or after the golden week).
Air-ticket Reimbursement:
For a year contract, the Employee will be provided with the equivalent re-imbursement of a return fare economy-class ticket to country of origin to a maximum of RMB 16,000 payable in cash, on completion of the Contract. If air-ticket is not required, the Employee will be paid cash as a bonus equivalent to a round-trip air-ticket at market price, limited to RMB 16,000.
